A silent + live auction will offer creative experiences and stunning world-class artwork from renowned artists: Sandro Miller, Thomas Masters and Adam Siegel. Each artist has generously donated exclusive pieces, making this a rare chance for attendees to acquire iconic works while supporting critical grassroots initiatives.

Event Location: Fifteen years ago Stuart Grannen, the founder of Chicago’s renowned Architectural Artifacts Inc., purchased an old charcoal factory in a once forgotten industrial section of the city. Collaborating with an internationally acclaimed designer, Stuart converted this incredible factory space into an American Institute of Architects award winning home. The Charcoal Factory Loft is a space like no other in the world!
